I hope this website will open your eyes to the amazing place we now call home. If you have a question that this website does not answer, please call me and if I don't know I'll find the answer for you. Moving to a new location can be daunting, yet exciting. I hope you choose us to help you with this transition in your lives.
If you're just beginning your search, you'll find the "Areas" tab above informational and full of pictures of the local areas. Then when you click on the "Property Search" tab you can look at homes and property in those areas. Better yet, give me a call or fill out the property request form and I'll send you over some properties with those criteria in mind. Bringing your business with you? Awesome! We need more businesses coming into the area. I'd love to find you some commercial property that suits your needs. Maybe you work out of your house, then we can find you a house with property to meet that need.What's most exciting is the "other" taxes and fees that North Idaho charges are minimal compared to other states. For example, car registration is usually $77.75 a year no matter how new the vehicle. Unlike California that charges residents hundreds of dollars a year! Property taxes are better as well. Overall, utilities are extremely reasonable. I can run my natural gas heater all winter long at 71 degrees and have a monthly natural gas bill of $88.00 or less! Being that power is generated from hydroelectric dams from the multiple rivers up here, electricity is reasonably priced. So come check us out. I'd love to talk with you about North Idaho.
